Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship within Canada, the U.S, the U.K and Australia as we just launched. We are working hard to provide international shipping to other countries very soon so please stay tuned!
Do you have pick up options?
Yes, we do. Please click pick up as your option when you are checking out. Contact us through: info@nabaline.com to schedule your pick up with us so it is ready when you arrive.
How much is shipping?
You will see live shipping rates during your checkout after you have picked all the items in your cart to purchase.
Is there a discounted fee rate for local delivery?
Yes! In order to be more flexible for our customers, we are offering a $5 only flat delivery fee for customers who are eligible for local delivery (within Toronto/Scarborough, Canada) and exempt them from the standard shipping fee! You will see if you qualify for local delivery or not when you enter your address in the checkout section. Please note if you live in a condo or apartment, you will have to meet our staff at the lobby to receive your package if you pick local delivery.
