NABALINE's Story
The idea of NABALINE started during mid 2020 during the pandemic and also just when I happen to graduate from university looking for jobs like any fresh graduate does. Except this time, we were going through a whole pandemic and the job market never seemed worse. My dad said "why don't you just work for yourself?" He would always say this but I never ever paid attention but only this time he somehow convinced me to actually start my own business.
Hence, NABALINE was born.
NABALINE as a whole means Noble for me. It's half of Nabilah and half of "Aline" which is a word in French. Nabilah and Aline both mean noble. Our brand name is pronounced as "Na-ba-leen".
I always dreamed of having my own brand ever since my grade 10 Entrepreneurship class but of course the reality of it seemed too difficult to pursue. However, years later I am glad I finally landed exactly where I needed to be.
My mom and I currently run this business together. Even though we started this during an uncertain time while feeling very frustrated, we fell in love with the process of creating this brand. We feel lucky for being able to share our creativity with you all and your support means the world to us as we put our sweat, tears and all our free time in the world into this.
